If you would like to return an item, please email with your name, order number and item you wish to return within 30 days of original purchase date. Please note that returns will incur outbound shipping costs and up to 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping and handling for returned items is non-refundable.
Upon your refund being processed by a Customer Support member, please allow 2 business days for processing. It can take an additional 5 to10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.
All returned items must be undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of use the return will not be accepted. Please make sure to remove all existing shipping labels from the box and include the item list that was included with your original purchase.
Our return policy does not apply for any orders purchased through other authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.
All custom pergola orders are tailored made for you and therefore are final sale.
