Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@paragon-outdoor.com with your name, order number and item you wish to return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
  • The return of structures will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed by a Customer Service representative. It can take an additional 5 to10 business days for credit to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.

Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

All custom pergola orders are tailor made for you and therefore are not eligible for returns.

Price Adjustments

If an item you've purchased has decreased in price, you may request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact us at 1-877-782-4482 with your order number.  

Please Note: Discounted and/or ‘Final Sale’ products are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments are only applicable for purchases made at paragon-outdoor.com and are not available to purchases made on other retail sites.
