Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Do I need a building permit?

While pergolas and gazebos are not considered permanent structures, we advise that you check with your municipality before installing, as some municipalities can limit the size of the structures you can install on your property. 

Are your gazebos and pergolas difficult to assemble?

Our gazebos and pergolas do not require assembly by a licensed installer. All structures are designed to be assembled by DIYers.  However, with some of our products, you may need assistance with the larger parts as well as to reduce the overall installation time.

Does Paragon Outdoor offer installation?

Paragon Outdoor does not offer installation services. As a service to our customers we do maintain a list of installers. While we are happy to offer these suggestions, we do not endorse nor guarantee the workmanship of such recommendations.

Does Paragon Outdoor sell replacement parts?

Returns & Exchanges

What if my outdoor structure arrives damaged?

Please contact customer service immediately at 877-782-4482 or by emailing support@paragon-outdoor.com if your order has arrived damaged or is missing parts.

Do you offer price adjustments?

If an item you've purchased on Paragon Outdoor has decreased in price, you may request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact us at 1-877-782-4482 with your order number.  

Please Note: Discounted and/or ‘Final Sale’ products are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments are only applicable for purchases made at paragon-outdoor.com and are not available to purchases made on other retail sites.

Do you price match Costco?

Unfortunately, we do not price match Costco. This is a special value for Costco members.
