Shipping Policy

Standard Orders

We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner. Standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

We currently ship standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States and Canada. 

Small structures and accessories are shipped via Fedex, while outdoor heaters and larger structures are shipped LTL. Please see the breakdown below on which method your outdoor structure will be shipped:

Custom Orders

Custom pergola orders are made to order and are processed within the provided dates found within the configurator. Structures and canopy will ship separately with the canopy delivering up to 14 days after the structure. Structures are shipped via LTL and canopies are shipped via small parcel.


Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@paragon-outdoor.com with your name, order number and item you wish to return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
  • The return of structures and patio heaters will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed by a Customer Service representative. It can take an additional 5 to10 business days for credit to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.

Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

All custom pergola orders are tailor made for you and therefore are not eligible for returns.
