Free Standard Shipping

At Paragon Outdoor we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner. Standard orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We currently offer free standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States. Small structures, heaters and accessories are shipped via Fedex, while multiple quantities and larger structures are shipped LTL.

Paragon Outdoor is not responsible for delays incurred by shipping carriers.

Delivery Lead Times

All LTL orders have an estimated lead time of 7-14 days shipped via CEVA.
FedEx orders can take up to 5 days depending on your location within the U.S.
Please note, these estimated delivery times are on top of the 5 processing days. 

Threshold Delivery

We want to ensure your delivery experience is as smooth and convenient as possible. For all LTL orders, we offer Threshold Delivery. This service includes delivery of large items to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or just inside your front door. This way, you can be confident that your purchase is safe and protected from the elements.
Additionally, Threshold Delivery allows you to choose a designated appointment time and requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your order arrives when it’s most convenient for you.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please contact customer service for shipping rates at (877)782-4482.

Shipping to Canada

We offer free ground shipping to Canada on select items. All other items will be charged a shipping fee depending on the shopping cart value.

Custom Orders

Custom pergola orders are made to order and are processed within the provided dates found within the configurator. Structures are shipped LTL and canopies are shipped via small parcel. Structures and canopy will ship separately with the canopy delivering up to 14 days after the structure. 

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@paragon-outdoor.com with your name, order number and item you wish to return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
  • The return of structures and patio heaters will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed by a Customer Service representative. It can take an additional 5 to10 business days for credit to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.

Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

All custom pergola orders are tailor made for you and therefore are not eligible for returns.
