Warranty covers damage due to manufacturing defects only for a period of 5 years on the structure, and 5 years on the Aluminum Shell from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover weather inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse.

All Paragon Outdoor orders are processed within 5 business days from your order date. The Santa Monica gazebo ships LTL which can take up to 14 days after processing for delivery.

This service includes delivery of large items to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or just inside your front door. This way, you can be confident that your purchase is safe and protected from the elements.
Additionally, Threshold Delivery allows you to choose a designated appointment time and requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your order arrives when it’s most convenient for you.
