Warranty covers damage due to manufacturing defects only for a period of 5 years on the structure, 5 years on the Aluminium Shell and 1 year on the netting from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover weather-inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse.

This service includes delivery of large items to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or just inside your front door. Additionally, Threshold Delivery allows you to choose a designated appointment time and requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your order arrives when it’s most convenient for you.
