Rest assured, our Kingsbury Gazebo is backed by a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty on the structure and a 4-year limited manufacturer warranty on the Sunbrella® roof.

Warranty covers damage due to manufacturing defects only for a period of 5 years on the structure, and 4 years on the Sunbrella® roof from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover weather inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse.

The canopy is constructed with luxury performance Marine Grade Sunbrella® fabric. Designed to withstand the elements and resist stains, fading and mildew, Sunbrella® is known or its unmatched durability
We suggest spot cleaning the roof with soap and water.
We suggest removing the canopy during the winter months, but the structure can stay intact.
The Kingsbury can be installed to the ground, wood deck or concrete. Anchoring supplies for the ground and concrete are included.
