Paragon Outdoor will replace any defective part within the warranty period, at its discretion, if it is found to be defective of workmanship or materials. The Lugano and Grand Tuscan louvered pergolas are quite similar, differing mainly in color and louver design. The Lugano boasts a two-tone design with double panel louvers for a flat roof effect. The Grand Tuscan, on the other hand, features matching dark gray louvers and a single panel design.
The reinforced middle beam on the 12'x14' and 12'x20' sizes includes a hook for hanging items up to 80 lbs. (accessories not included)
