Do I need a building permit?
While pergolas and gazebos are not considered permanent structures, we advise that you check with your municipality before installing, as some municipalities can limit the size of the structures you can install on your property.Â
Does Paragon Outdoor sell replacement parts?
Spare parts are available by contacting customer service at 877-782-4482.
Are your structures difficult to assemble?
Our gazebos and pergolas do not require assembly by a licensed installer. All structures are designed to be assembled by DIYers. However, with some of our products, you may need assistance with the larger parts as well as to reduce the overall installation time.
Do you offer installation services?
At this time, we do not offer installation services.

Do you offer free shipping on all orders?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders to the contiguous United States. Select items are eligible for free shipping to Canada.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact customer service immediately at 877-782-4482 or by emailing support@paragon-outdoor.com if your order has arrived damaged or is missing parts.
Do you price match other retailers such as Costco?
Unfortunately, we do not price match Costco. This is a special value for Costco members.

Do you offer price adjustments?
If an item you've purchased on Paragon Outdoor has decreased in price, you may request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact us at 1-877-782-4482 with your order number. Â
