Warranty does not cover weather inflicted damage and/or damages causes caused by not following assembly instructions and adhering to warnings in manual. Warranty does not cover user error, negligence, or misuse.

Soft Top Pergolas
While both the Florence Pergola and Modena Pergola are both soft top, aluminum pergolas, the differ in a few ways. Size – the Modena is more robust with bigger posts and beams.
They Modena is available in 3 sizes (12’x12’, 12’x16’ and 12’x20’), while the Florence
is available in 11’x11’ and 11’x16’. The Florence is available with 4 structure
finishes and 4 canopy colors which you can mix while the Modena is available in
pre-set design configurations.
The Modena comes with a 3 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on Structure, 2 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on Roof
