When the product arrives, you can find the Instructions in the box or you can
download a copy above.
2. Complete your Inventory
To minimize installation time, complete your inventory prior to assembly.
Use the stamped codes and parts ID pages in your instruction manual to organize and sort the parts.
A half hour now can save a lot of time throughout the installation!
If you are planning on using an installer to build your product, doing an inventory
before they arrive will help eliminate any delays! If you find that you need anything

Yes, each individual louver can rotate up to 120º, except for the middle master louver, which remains static and does not move.

How does this accessory compare to the other privacy panels available?
The other available panels are static, meaning their louvers do not rotate. This new 2025 model was introduced based on customer requests for adjustable louvers, allowing for customized sun exposure.
Will one shutter panel cover my entire pergola?
No, the panels are designed to cover only one-third of a pergola side. For example, if you have a 10' x 12' Lugano Pergola and want to cover one of the 12' sides completely, you will need three 12' panels. Each panel covers approximately one-third of the 12' side, so purchasing a single panel will only cover a portion of that side.
I have a 12'x20' louvered pergola, why don't I see 20' panels?
We do not offer 20' panels. To cover a full 20' side, you will need to purchase multiple 10' panels. Specifically, you will need six 10' panels to fully cover one of the 20' sides.
Do you offer a warranty on this product?
Yes. We offer a 3 year limited warranty. More details can be found in the product manual.
